Shipping: Pointe shoes ship out once per week. Please allow for additional processing and delivery time.

Limitations of Liability: PointeShoeRoom and its affiliate ballet companies shall not be held responsible for the condition, quality, or fit of the pointe shoes purchased on our site.

We cannot guarantee that the shoes purchased on our site will fit perfectly or meet the purchaser's expectations. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the fit of the pointe shoes and any risks associated with wearing them.

The purchaser accepts all liability for the fit of the pointe shoes. We recommend that you consult with a professional fitter before making your purchase, especially if you are unsure about your size or needs.

Purchasing pointe shoes without a fitting may result in the shoes not fitting properly which may result in injury. The purchaser acknowledges these risks and agrees to assume all responsibility for the fit of the pointe shoes and the risks associated with dancing in improperly fitted pointe shoes.

Shoes purchased on this site may not be restocked.

Please note that "expired" pointe shoes are intended for decorative purposes only and should not be worn in class. We advise against wearing these shoes as they may not provide the necessary support for safe and successful dancing.
